Hey friends! I'm currently working on a new website vibe. I'll let you know when it's about to relaunch, but in the meantime read a bit about me below and connect with me on my social platforms.
Lindy Lamielle is a Speaker, Writer and Entrepreneurship Coach who excels at equipping and empowering others with tools and strategies to successfully navigate from daydreaming about things they'd rather be doing in life, to actually doing the things that lead to an abundance of joy and fulfillment.
Growing up in small town, rural Ohio, Lindy was best known amongst friends and family as adventurous, a dreamer, the one who was most likely to step out of her comfort zone and dive into the unknown. Throughout high school, she found herself embracing several opportunities to perform whether it was through sports, as a member of her local 4-H club, church youth groups, or local theater. In high school she got stars in her eyes and convinced her parents to put her on a plane to Hollywood, California to "study." Now, in all seriousness, whose parentsput their kid on a plane to check out "Tinseltown" at the age of 17, all in the nameof a "senior year project?" Yup, Lindy’s!
Although it was not Hollywood that captured her full attention in the end, it came as no surprise to anyone the day she enlisted in the United States Air Force. She simply added stripes to those stars she had in her eyes and boldly headed off to basic training the Summer of 2000. Her days of lying in the tall grass on a hillside, daydreaming under blue summer skies had come to pass; this was a whole new level of performance and thus her journey of a lifetime had begun as she entered the world stage.
Throughout her 20 years of serving in the United States Air Force, Lindy learned what truly drives people towards achieving individual, team, and organizational success—and it’s not about being in charge or holding senior titles and positions. It's also not about being the best performer. It’s getting to know yourself and others well so you can effectively communicate, connect, and collaborate with people from any position, regardless of personality differences.
Today, whether in life or business, Lindy enjoys connecting with others on a more personable level, seeking to understand how she can serve as a catalyst for joy seekers anywhere, anytime.
Since retiring from active duty, Lindy has written contributions featured in Forbes, Realizing Leadership, and DISCInsights by PeopleKeys. In addition, Lindy is a rockstar of collaboration and networking so you may often find her participating in a variety of speaking engagements and leading others in fun and meaningful discussions.
Lindy holds a MA in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and possesses many other talents such as wife, soccer mom, drinking coffee and weathering all the seasons that life in North Carolina has to offer.
